If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter exclusively to handle your inquiry. The data is only processed with your prior express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and is not stored permanently, unless a further contractual relationship results from it.

To display our current property listings, we embed content from the Justimmo service (immo-export.at) via iFrame on the “Buy” and “Rent” pages. This content is only embedded after your express consent via the cookie banner. When the content is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the provider, who may set its own cookies.

We use Google Maps on our website to display our location. When the map is loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. This embedding only takes place after your express consent via the cookie banner.
